1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 will be applied.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ZENDOLIVING is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
