Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from ZENDOLIVING. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Note: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@zendoliving.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item and wish to exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item free of charge.
